Position: Software Engineer (854339E) -Two (2) Positions available
Location: Cerritos, CA
Job Duties:

Prepare analysis, design documents, estimation, for different component and functional modules required by the system. Create prototype and production-level object-oriented applications through software development lifecycle, including design, modeling, coding, testing, and documentation. Perform system analysis to support business operations, develop recommendations for solutions to business problems and issues. Conduct research within and outside of the company to prepare solutions for systems. Analyze feasibility, risk, cost ramifications for large scale projects and prepare proposals for action and/or implementation plans. Review database design in architecture prospective in broader aspect and suggest the changes. Provide technical architecture overview and oversee the implementation of the same using various technologies required. Explore the open source and cost-effective technologies to recommend to product development as well as application development projects. Provide proactive monitoring and permanent fix for any issues. Use Agile and Scrum methodologies for development and support projects. Develop common based (B2B) Business 2 Business and (B2C) Business 2 Customer applications. Perform technical lead role for large middleware infrastructure projects. Create ASP.NET web forms and Class libraries containing code for business and data access logic using C#.NET with a Microsoft SQL Server backend. Develop web applications with HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, Angular 2+, CSS, .Net Core 3.1, WCF, Windows services and Web Services. Migrate existing ASP.NET web applications to Angular. Integrate and consume third party API’s such as Okta sign in, Google services, Docupeak Imaging and ABC PDF. Implement CI/CD integration with Jenkins and IBM Urban Code Deployment. Develop and implement custom programming as required by business processes.

Requirements:

Position requires a Master’s degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field and two (2) years of experience pre- or post-master’s degree in Information Technology industry.

Job Duties:

• Partner with business teams and engineering to consult, develop, and automate insight reports to gauge Key Performance Indicators..
• Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to the teams of stakeholders regarding development progress and roadblocks.
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions, monitor and track the overall progress of developmental activities.
• Supporting upper management with ad-hoc report requests.
• Communicating business insights to the primary stakeholders.
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
• Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
